Program description

Greer Home Buyers, LLC operates a customer-care SMS program used to communicate with homeowners who have requested information about selling their property. Messages may include offer follow-ups, scheduling, document reminders, and answers to questions you have asked.

How to opt in

You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at greerhomebuyers.com/#contact and submitting your phone number, or by texting us first from the mobile number you wish to enroll. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Greer Home Buyers, LLC at the phone number provided.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. You will typically receive between 2 and 10 messages per month while we are actively working with you on your property.

HELP and STOP

• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (469) 716-6808.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to subcontractors that support our services (for example, our SMS provider, CRM, and title company). All other categories — including text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent — are excluded from any third-party sharing.
